Interior Repurposing Project for First Pentecostal Church Family Worship Center, Battle Creek, MI. The scope of work included a 400 Seat Flexible Worship Center with theatrical platform and baptistry, office suite, children’s classrooms and nursery, upgraded restrooms, large lobby/foyer, radio/recording studio, exterior facelift, Church sign and youth worship/activity space.

First Pentecostal Church sought to relocate an established congregation to a well-known location, targeting the family culture and supporting growth. Their new facility required a flexible worship space as well as functional offices. After selecting an existing building that previously housing a pool hall and pizza shop, First Pentecostal Church chose to remodel the entire space into a relevant ministry space that would enable them to open doors to the community.

First Pentecostal Church partnered with The McKnight Group to overcome the challenge of fitting their ministry into the existing structure for a reasonable expense. As a result, the space is an exciting one, with a plan to expand ministry to younger individuals in the community.
