Last year, The McKnight Group hit the road to visit with church leaders in person. We traveled to the North American Christian Convention (NACC) and Catalyst in order to talk with people attending those conferences about their church building issues, opportunities, and questions.

This year, we’re doing the same thing. In June, David McKnight and Philip Tipton will be traveling to two conferences here in Ohio, and we want to tell you a little about both—and invite you to meet us there!

Southern Baptist Convention, Booth #417

church-building-sbcThis year, the Southern Baptist Convention is holding its annual meeting close to our home, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. The program, entitled Great Awakening, includes an evening National Prayer Gathering and an entire morning devoted to missions, including a Sending Celebration for missionaries going into the field.

We will be there June 15-17, in Booth #417, eager to answer your questions, tell you some of our success stories, and encourage you with the integration of your ministry with your church building.

North American Christian Convention, Booth #231

The second event we will be attending in June is the North American Christian Convention, which is being held at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, this year. There will be over 8,000 church leaders, pastors, elders, staff members, and families gathered to hear amazing speakers, pray together, and learn from other leaders. The convention also has a huge list of networking breakfasts, lunch-and-learn events, and receptions focused on particular issues.

We will be at NACC June 23-26, in Booth #231, ready to discuss the particular needs of your church and its community. When we talk in person, it’s easier to catch the passion of your church’s vision and understand how your ideas for remodeling or design can be brought together to complement your ministry.
